FST UIN Maliki Malang - (13/11/2025) The Faculty of Science and Technology of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held a PEMIRA (General Election) Dialogical Campaign as an event to convey the vision and mission for all candidates for student organization administrators, including HMPS, SEMA, and DEMA. The activity took place in the 4th floor Auditorium of the Faculty of Science and Technology, this activity became an open space for Saintek residents to get to know each candidate pair more closely and express their aspirations directly.

The event was attended by the Dean, Vice Dean III, Student Affairs Supervisor, PEMIRA committee, supervisors, and all students who attended as audiences. In addition, the success team of each candidate pair, candidates for chairman and vice chairman of HMPS, DEMA, and candidates for SEMA members, also actively participated in conveying their ideas and superior programs.

Through this dialogical campaign, the candidates were given the opportunity to convey their vision and mission verbally and openly, as well as respond to questions asked by the bureaucracy and students. The question and answer forum is an important moment to assess the readiness and commitment of the candidates in building a better student organization in the coming period.

One of the participants who attended conveyed his impression after the activity, “This dialogic campaign really helped us as Saintek residents to convey suggestions and see firsthand the candidates who will lead in the future. The activity is interactive and open,” he said.

He also provided some input for the next implementation, including that the time for the question and answer session be extended and participation be expanded by presenting more representatives from each study program, both from students and lecturers.

This dialogic campaign activity is expected to be the first step towards the implementation of PEMIRA which is transparent, participatory, and has integrity in the Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. (Beautiful)
