FST UIN Maliki Malang - (06/11/2025) The Faculty of Science and Technology held an Integrity Zone Development Self-Assessment (PMPZI) preparation activity in the faculty courtroom. This activity was attended by all integrity zone teams consisting of lecturers and education staff, as part of efforts to strengthen governance and a work culture of integrity within the faculty.

The event was opened by the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology, which marked the beginning of a series of activities to prepare the Integrity Zone Development Self-Assessment (PMPZI) document. This activity is one of the programs initiated by the Vice Dean II, Dr. Imam Tazi, M.Si., as a form of faculty commitment in strengthening the implementation of bureaucratic reform and improving service quality. In his direction, Dr. Imam emphasized that the development of integrity zones does not merely focus on the preparation of documents, but rather on the application of integrity values and continuous efforts to provide better services in the faculty environment.

“The integrity zone is not just about documents. The most important thing is how the spirit of integrity and service improvement is truly implemented in every aspect of our work,” said Dr. Imam Tazi.

During the activity, the integrity zone team discussed various needs and completeness of documents that reflect progress in the six main areas of integrity zone development. The discussion included strengthening aspects of change management, governance, human resource management, performance accountability, supervision, and improving the quality of public services. Each area is comprehensively reviewed so that the documents produced do not only fulfill administrative aspects, but also reflect the achievements and good practices that have been running in the faculty environment.

Through this activity, the Faculty of Science and Technology is determined to strengthen the steps towards the realization of a clean, transparent, and excellent service-oriented work environment. This effort is expected to be a strong foundation for the faculty in realizing the integrity zone towards an area free from corruption and a clean and serving bureaucratic area. (Beautiful)
