2026 Work Meeting: UIN Malang's Faculty of Science and Technology Develops Integrated KPI Achievement Strategy

FST UIN Maliki Malang - (10/03/2026) The Faculty of Science and Technology (Saintek) UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang organized the 2026 Work Meeting (Raker) at the Faculty of Science and Technology building. This activity was attended by faculty leaders, consisting of the Dean, Vice Deans, Head of Study Program (Kaprodi), Secretary of Study Program (Sekprodi), and heads of work units within the Faculty of Science and Technology.

This working meeting is a strategic forum for the faculty to discuss and formulate the direction of the work program in 2026 which is in line with the university's Main Performance Index (IKU) target. In this context, the Faculty of Science and Technology focuses program implementation on a number of key performance indicators that are the responsibility of the faculty, namely KPI 1, 2, 4, 5, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13, 18, and 20.

In the presentation session, the Vice Deans conveyed various work program plans that had been prepared in accordance with their respective fields. These programs are designed to support the achievement of IKU targets in a systematic and measurable manner. The dean's presentation also became a reference for all study programs and work units in aligning their work plans with the direction of faculty policies and university performance targets.

After the presentation session, the activity continued with the synchronization process of work programs involving all study programs and units within the Faculty of Science and Technology. This stage is carried out to ensure that each planned program has a clear relationship with the main performance indicators that are the responsibility of the faculty, so that its implementation can run in an integrated and effective manner.

  In his remarks, the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang, Dr. Agus Mulyono, M.Kes, emphasized that the working meeting is an important momentum in determining the direction and strategy of the faculty program implementation for the next year. He also emphasized that the achievement of the Main Performance Index cannot be done partially, but requires strong synergy and collaboration between the dean, study programs, work units, and the entire academic community within the Faculty of Science and Technology.

“The success of achieving KPIs is highly dependent on cooperation and joint commitment. Therefore, all elements in the faculty need to move in harmony so that the programs that have been designed can have a real impact on strengthening faculty and university performance,” he said.

Through the implementation of this working meeting, it is hoped that all planned programs can be implemented optimally throughout 2026. Thus, the Faculty of Science and Technology of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang is expected to be able to continue to improve the quality of institutional performance while making a real contribution in supporting the achievement of the university's strategic targets.
