FST-UIN Malang (4/12/2023) In connection with the deadline for submitting for PMPZI submission in 2023, the PMPZI team of the Faculty of Science and Technology held a coordination meeting. The meeting took place from 15.00 - 17.00 WIB with the venue in the 1st floor courtroom and involved all elements of the TEAM that are members of the PMPZI management. This coordination meeting focused on preparations regarding what things were lacking or needed to be revised and added, especially documents that would be submitted.

At this coordination meeting, the division of tasks was also carried out regarding the documents needed for completeness or matters relating to submission readiness. The division of tasks is divided into 8 teams based on SK 314 / FST / 01/2023 which includes the change management area team, the management arrangement team, the HR management arrangement area team, the performance accountability strengthening area team, the supervision strengthening area team, the public service quality improvement area team, the socialization team and the survey team. Overall, this PMPZI activity is structurally chaired by Dr. Hainur Rahman, M.Si. and fully supported by Dr. Akyunul Jannah, M.P. (Vice Dean II Bid. AUPK). It is hoped that with this coordination, the process of division of labor in the context of preparation for submission and submission can run well and optimally so that the results of submission can later obtain results in accordance with what is expected.
