In order to improve service quality and reach alumni with distant locations, we are implementing an online legalization service system. With the condition of filling in the tracer study link first. Payment can be made through QRIS with any bank or digital wallet without admin fees. The legalization fee is Rp. 2000 / sheet in accordance with PMK Number 525 / PMK.05 / 2016 dated December 30, 2016 concerning Service Tariffs, Public Service Agency UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang at the Ministry of Religion.

The process carried out by service recipients or alumni is:

1. Prepare a scan file of legalized documents (original diploma and / or transcript).

2. Make a Statement of Authenticity of the File, with a stamp duty of 10,000. (The format can be downloaded at the following link).

3. Fill out the Tracer Study (Can be accessed through the following link) *screenshot as proof.

4. Make payments through QRIS below, which is covered by all digital wallets and all banks without admin fees. Payment is adjusted to the number of legalizations, with a fee of Rp. 2000 / sheet, with a maximum of 20 sheets, *screenshot as proof.

5. Fill out the Online Legalization Form and upload the required equipment (Can be accessed through the following link)

6. Legalized files will be sent to the destination address with a COD (Pay on site) system, or can be picked up at the faculty academic office.
