FST-UIN Malang (10/06/2023) Preparatory efforts in the process of applying for accreditation of study programs within the Faculty of Science and Technology continue. There are several study programs that are planned to submit documents this year. The activity which took place at Lembah Metro Resort was a continuation of the previous activity, namely the review of LED and LPKS documents for 2 study programs, namely Informatics Engineering and Library and Information Science. However, this activity is more focused on the preparation of 3 study programs that will apply for ASIIN international accreditation, namely the Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics Study Programs. The participants of this activity amounted to 50 consisting of the team compiling the study program accreditation forms for Biology, Chemistry and Mathematics and were also attended by supporting parties such as the UPM (Quality Assurance Unit) Faculty, PMPZI Team, Administrative staff, and also faculty leaders.

This 2-day activity was carried out intently with several agendas starting from the delivery of material by Prof. Riyanto, S.Pd., M.Si., Ph.D. related to strategies in the preparation of SAR-ASIIN documents. The next material was continued with the SAR-ASIIN Document Overview activity that had been carried out in the preparation process in the 3 study programs and ended with a presentation on the extent of the readiness of each study program's progress. The existence of this activity is expected that the preparation process and until the finalization stage will be maximized so that it can get the best results. (Niz)
