Following up on the Minister of PAN RB Regulation Number 1 of 2023 concerning Functional Positions and SE Director General of Pendis Number: B 1320/DJ.I/KP.01/03/2023 concerning Follow-up to Permenpan RB no 1 of 2023, we hereby convey the following matters:

1. All lecturers are required to compile a list of activities and credit numbers obtained from the date of the last SK PAK for functional position promotion or promotion until December 31, 2022. If not proposed in accordance with the provisions, the credit score for that period will be forfeited / not recognized.
2. The list of activities and credit numbers as outlined in the Statement of Carrying out Tridharma Activities mentioned in point 1 is collected no later than the date of April 28, 2023 in the form of a pdf file that has been signed by the direct supervisor at the link https://bit.ly/KonversiPAKDosen.
3. The Dean acknowledges the results of the credit score assessment and completes it with the Minutes according to the format.
4. The format of the Statement of Carrying out Tridharma Activities and the format of the Minutes can be downloaded at the link https://bit.ly/KonversiPAKDosen.
5. The process and mechanism for increasing the functional position and rank of Head Lecturer and Professor are regulated as follows:
6. New proposals for the promotion of functional positions and the rank of LK lecturers and Professors can be submitted no later than April 28, 2023.
7. If the application for promotion / promotion as mentioned in point a has not met the requirements by the specified deadline, the proposer gets recognition of the credit score as the result of the assessment.
