FST UIN Maliki Malang - (22/09/2025) Chemistry Study Program, Faculty of Science and Technology, State Islamic University (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held an important discussion and coordination with the National Research and Innovation Agency (BRIN) on Monday, September 22, 2025. The meeting, which took place in the Chemistry Study Program Conference Room, was attended by chemistry lecturers from UIN Maliki and Dr. Holilah, M.Si., a representative from BRIN's Research Center for Biomass and Bioproducts.

During the meeting, the participants discussed various opportunities for strategic cooperation, including research collaboration in the fields of chemistry and biomass, the implementation of the Merdeka Learning Campus Merdeka (MBKM) program and joint supervision, as well as opportunities for joint publications and empowering students as research assistants.

The main objective of this collaboration is to improve the quality of research and education in the Chemistry Study Program at UIN Maliki Malang. In addition, this collaboration is expected to strengthen the reputation of the faculty and university, as well as broaden students' horizons and competencies in the field of research and development of chemistry.

The Head of the Chemistry Study Program, AG Fasya, gave a hopeful speech regarding this collaboration, "Hopefully with collaboration and synergy with various agencies, especially BRIN, the Chemistry Study Program and the Faculty of Science and Technology as a whole can be more advanced, superior, and reputable," he said.

This activity emphasizes the commitment of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang in establishing synergies with leading research institutions in order to realize quality education and research that is useful for the wider community.(Beautiful)
