FST UIN Maliki Malang - (26/09/2025) A total of 17 students and female students of the Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang officially participated in the Tahfizh Al-Qur'an Graduation activity. This solemn activity is a tangible manifestation of the campus's commitment in producing a generation of excellent academics, not only in the fields of science and technology, but also firmly rooted in the values of the Qur'an.

The Tahfizh graduates come from various study programs, including Informatics Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, and Master of Informatics. Their success in memorizing the Qur'an tartil and correctly is a proud achievement, as well as proof of the integration of science and Islamic values that characterize UIN Maliki Malang.

Tahfizh Al-Qur'an is not just a process of memorizing, but also guarding, maintaining, and practicing the contents of the Al-Qur'an in everyday life. A Hafizh (male) or Hafizhah (female) is required not only to be fluent in memorization, but also to be able to maintain the sanctity and continuity of the memorization throughout life.

The Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology expressed his deep appreciation for this achievement. "The achievements of the Tahfizh students are a source of pride for the faculty. They are examples that the mastery of modern science must always go hand in hand with the practice of Qur'anic values," he said.

This graduation activity is expected to motivate other students to continue to excel, both in academic and spiritual fields. The Faculty of Science and Technology is committed to continuing to support the creation of a generation of Muslim scientists with character, integrity, and based on the Qur'an. (Niz)
