FST UIN Maliki Malang<\/strong> - (07\/11\/2025) A team of lecturers from the Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) of the State Islamic University (UIN) Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang carried out community service activities at the Nurul Hayat Skill Pesantren, Jember. This activity focuses on technical assistance in the form of building structure analysis and exploring cooperation in the development of educational facilities in the pesantren environment.<\/p>

\"\"The activity was attended by lecturers across study programs under the assistance of the Vice Dean III of FST. The team consisted of Andi Baso Mappaturi, M.T. from the Architecture Study Program, Dr. Agung Teguh Al Mais from the Informatics Engineering Study Program, and Pak Vicky from the Civil Engineering Study Program. A number of students participated in assisting the analysis process in the field.<\/p>

This assistance includes a study of the condition and strength of the pesantren building structure, with the aim of ensuring the safety, comfort, and sustainability of the function of educational facilities. Through these activities, the lecturer team seeks to provide scientific contributions and technical recommendations that can support the development of pesantren in a better direction.<\/p>

Nurul Hayat Jember Skill Pesantren, which is cared for by KH Muhammad Nur Hayid, is one of the religious-based educational institutions that has great attention to improving the quality of learning facilities. This mentoring activity is also the first step for the realization of cooperation between FST UIN Malang and the pesantren in the field of technology development and educational infrastructure.<\/p>

Through this activity, FST UIN Malang emphasizes its commitment in carrying out the Tri Dharma of Higher Education, especially in the aspect of community service, by prioritizing collaboration between universities and religious institutions to strengthen the quality of national education.
