Here we convey the steps;<\/p><ol><li>The input of the Dean's Decree on the activity committee is carried out after the committee chairman uploads the activity report authorized by the Person in Charge of the Activity,<strong>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/docs.google.com\/document\/d\/1yMI86ZlTwMOiXXOSFt1TqcXMITdcSDtj\/edit?usp=sharing&amp;ouid=105063984825692337854&amp;rtpof=true&amp;sd=true\">report format attached<\/a>;<\/strong><\/li><li>Input of Decree on Journal manager is done after the Editor uploads the published journal;<\/li><li>ST input for Lecturers or Education Personnel who get additional assignments, such as; Head of Laboratory, Head of Unit, Operator, Resource Person and Internal Moderator, or the Team formed by the Dean is done after uploading a report every month authorized by the Head of Study Program \/ Head of Administration, the report format is attached;<\/li><li>The reports referred to in points 1 and 2 must be uploaded to<strong> google forms<\/strong> by the committee chair\/editor,\u00a0<strong><a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/XFvitoeDGsEFx6X39\">https:\/\/s.id\/laporansmart<\/a><\/strong><\/li><li>The report referred to in point 3 must be uploaded to google form by each individual, <a href=\"https:\/\/forms.gle\/XFvitoeDGsEFx6X39\">https:\/\/s.id\/laporansmart<\/a>.<\/li><\/ol>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>FST-UIN Malang (20\/2\/2023)\u00a0Berdasarkan Surat Edaran Nomor 49\/FST\/01\/2023 tanggal 5 Januari 2023, input Surat Keputusan (SK) Dekan tentang Kepanitian dan Surat Tugas (ST) Dekan tentang tugas tambahan bagi Tenaga Pendidik dan atau Tenaga Kependidikan, yang sudah dilaksakan harus menyertakan laporan akademik.
