FST UIN Maliki Malang (06/10/2025) - The Informatics Engineering Study Program held SPARTIVAL 2025, an annual event that combines sports and arts competitions as a means to strengthen togetherness between students. The series of activities took place from September 20 to October 5, 2025, followed by students from all generations.

The event opened with a badminton match on September 20. The inaugural match was greeted enthusiastically by participants and spectators who packed the competition area. A healthy competitive atmosphere was evident from the start, marking the start of the series of events in the spirit of sportsmanship. On September 21, a Mobile Legends tournament and a volleyball match enlivened the agenda. Both events were a showcase of team cohesiveness and strategy, with the cheering support of supporters creating a festive atmosphere. The competition continued on September 27 with the Valorant tournament, which was attended by student representatives from four batches. This online game match brought tense moments of fast-paced action and solid team coordination. The next day, on September 28, futsal and basketball matches were held. These two branches were among the most popular, both by participants and spectators. The field was filled with fighting spirit and teamwork, showing that this event was not just about winning or losing, but also about togetherness.

As a finale, SPARTIVAL presented an acoustic competition on October 5. Musical performances from students added a different color to a series of activities dominated by sports. The relaxed yet competitive atmosphere was a harmonious ending to the whole series of events. The activity coordinator said that SPARTIVAL not only aims to capture achievements, but also to strengthen social relations between students. "Through SPARTIVAL, we want to provide space for students to express their interests and talents, as well as strengthen the sense of togetherness in the study program environment," he said.
