FST-UIN Malang (11/12/2023) The entire PMPZI Team of the Faculty of Science and Technology conducted benchmarking activities at the 1st class immigration office TPI Malang. This benchmarking was carried out by selecting the Malang TPI class I immigration office on the basis that the Malang TPI Class I Immigration office obtained the WBK (Corruption Free Region) title in 2020, and is in the process of applying for WBBM (Clean and Serving Bureaucratic Region). In this activity, the PMPZI Team was welcomed directly by the head of ZI as well as the head of the administrative subdivision of the Immigration Office Class I TPI Malang, namely Mr. Marhaendra Herrysila. This bechmarking event was also attended by the ZI secretary as well as the head of the immigration information technology sub-section of the Malang Class I TPI Immigration Office, namely Ms. Vina Pranindya. In addition, the head of the working group from each area (6 integrity zone areas) was also present. The PMPZI Team group was also invited to tour the Immigration Class I TPI Malang office to see and learn firsthand the application of integrity zone development, especially in the service section.

As for some important things obtained in this bechmariking event, including the need for the formation of a ZI committee chaired by a structural official with considerations to facilitate coordination. Each ZI area should be chaired by a person whose daily duties are related to the coverage area so that it is not too burdensome because it is given a task that is very different from its duties. There is a decree for change with the criteria that each change agent has at least one innovation.
It was also conveyed on this occasion by the team leader of the HR Management Arrangement area as well as the Head of personnel affairs, Mr. Eko Raharjo "that when filling LKE, there are two important things that need to be considered, namely administrative and actual conditions in the field". In this case, every activity, especially directions from the leadership, can be used as supporting data for LKE evidence. There are several things that are quite interesting, namely the existence of rewards for exemplary employees, including: being able to request the location of workplace mutations, being provided with a special parking lot, cash prizes, being loaned a leptop. In addition, the facilities at the Immigration Class I TPI Malang office are also very complete and there is the Paham Karmila innovation, which is an innovation that makes it easy for vulnerable applicants (elderly, toddlers, disabilities, pregnant women) to go directly to karmila without queuing online. This type of service has a special room so that it is more comfortable. This activity is expected to improve service governance and integrity zone development within the Faculty of Science and Technology. (Niz)
