FST UIN Maliki Malang- (26/09/2025) The Faculty of Science and Technology of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held a graduation ceremony which took place in the Rectorate Hall on the 5th floor. The event, apart from being a routine agenda, is also an important milestone for these students, marking the official completion of their study period and in preparation for entering the professional world and the wider community as alumni of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang.
The event began at 13.00 WIB with a warm welcome from the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology. In his speech, the Dean reminded the graduation participants of the importance of the four main pillars that have been the basic values of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. "Spiritual depth, moral majesty, breadth of knowledge, and professional maturity are not just jargon, but the main foundation that must be maintained and developed by each of our alumni," he said. He emphasized that these pillars will be a very valuable provision when alumni face various challenges and dynamics in life and careers in the future.
After the speech, the event continued with the graduation procession as the highlight of the activity, where the participants were officially declared graduated and legalized as alumni. After that, the event continued with a material session delivered by guest speaker, Mr. Ilhamuddin Nukman, S.Psi., M.A., an expert in the field of psychology and human resource development. In his material entitled Career Development and Network Building, he shared various practical strategies for building a sustainable career, while emphasizing the importance of learning and developing competencies consistently in order to be able to adapt to the changing dynamics of the world of work.
In addition, Mr. Ilhamuddin also invited the participants to actively build professional networks early on. According to him, a strong network not only helps open career opportunities, but is also a source of support and collaboration that is very useful in personal and professional development. "A successful career is not only about personal abilities, but also how we are able to establish positive and mutually beneficial relationships with others," he said.
The whole series of events took place smoothly and orderly, followed by 320 students participating in the graduation.
