FST-UIN Malang (07/20/2023) In order to expand its work, UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Maang, especially within the scope of the Faculty of Science and Technology, took a big step, namely delivering a number of students in the framework of International KKN. This international KKN activity, in addition to being a form of UIN's progress on an international scale, will also be able to provide valuable experience for students. Not only do they get the experience of how to interact and learn to plunge in the world of work with the local community but they will get the experience of how to compete competitively in the world of work on an international scale. This time, the International KKN is carried out in Thailand precisely at two universities, namely Chulalongkorn University and King Mongkut's University of Technology Thonburi (KMUTT). There were 9 participants in total, 8 students from the Faculty of Science and Technology of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang and 1 additional participant, a student from UIN Sunan Gunung Jati Bandung.

This International KKN activity received support and appreciation from various parties, especially the leaders at UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang. In his speech, one of the professors of UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang as well as the chairman of LP2M Prof. Dr. Agus Maimun, M.Pd. really appreciated this activity "The existence of this international KKN not only provides valuable experience for students as KKN participants, but also as a supporting activity for universities towards an international standard campus". It is hoped that this International KKN activity can continue to run sustainably and it is hoped that students, especially the Faculty of Science and Technology environment, will be increasingly recognized on an international scale, where they will later be accepted by industrial sectors on an international scale.
