FST UIN Maliki Malang - (03/03/2026) The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang held a socialization activity regarding the thesis system which aims to facilitate the administrative process and guidance of students' final assignments. This activity took place in the Mathematics Laboratory 3rd floor of the Faculty of Science and Technology and was attended by administrative staff of the Study Program within the faculty. Those who attended were individuals who would later serve as operators of the thesis system.

The thesis system introduced in this activity was designed and developed directly by the Faculty of Science and Technology to improve efficiency in completing administration related to student final assignments, starting from registration, mentoring, to the thesis completion process. Through this system, it is hoped that the administrative process will become more structured and minimize errors and make it easier for students and supervisors to carry out their final assignments.

This socialization activity was directly led by the Vice Dean I for Academic Affairs, Prof. Dr. Evika Sandi Savitri, M.P., who explained the features of the system and how it works. In her speech, Prof. Evika conveyed the importance of this system as a strategic step to digitize and simplify academic procedures in the faculty. “With this thesis system, we hope that the academic process related to students” final assignments will be faster, more efficient, and transparent," she said.

In addition to providing technical understanding, this socialization also opened a discussion room for participants to submit questions and suggestions regarding the implementation of the thesis system. It is hoped that with this system, the entire thesis completion process at the Faculty of Science and Technology UIN Maulana Malik Ibrahim Malang can run more smoothly, provide a better experience for students, and support more optimal academic achievement.

In the future, this system will be implemented thoroughly in all Study Programs at the Faculty of Science and Technology, making FST a pioneer in the application of technology-based systems to support the smooth running of academic processes. (Niz)
