FST-UIN Malang (20/2/2023) Based on Circular Letter Number 49/FST/01/2023 dated January 5, 2023, the input of the Dean's Decree (SK) regarding the Committee and the Dean's Task Letter (ST) regarding additional duties for Educators and / or Education Personnel, which have been carried out must include an academic report. Here we convey the steps;

1. The input of the Dean's Decree on the activity committee is carried out after the committee chairman uploads the activity report authorized by the Person in Charge of the Activity, report format attached;
2. Input of Decree on Journal manager is done after the Editor uploads the published journal;
3. ST input for Lecturers or Education Personnel who get additional assignments, such as; Head of Laboratory, Head of Unit, Operator, Resource Person and Internal Moderator, or the Team formed by the Dean is done after uploading a report every month authorized by the Head of Study Program / Head of Administration, the report format is attached;
4. The reports referred to in points 1 and 2 must be uploaded to google forms by the committee chair/editor, https://s.id/laporansmart
5. The report referred to in point 3 must be uploaded to google form by each individual, https://s.id/laporansmart.
