This online correspondence system is used for students to submit various letters related to student activities online. Currently there are 11 types of correspondence that can be submitted by students through this online correspondence system. Each letter submitted will be verified in stages by the supervisor (for letters related to student studies), then further verification is carried out by the Head of each student's Study Program, and finally verification is carried out by the Deputy Dean (according to the type of letter submitted). Each verifier can reject (by providing reasons for rejection) or approve student submissions through this system. If the Vice Dean approves the student's letter submission, the system will automatically create a letter and send it to the student's email. Students can print the letter or save it in PDF format. To avoid letter forgery, letters issued by this system are equipped with a QR-Code to verify the authenticity of the letter.
