FST UIN Malang Holds 100 Days Work Program Dissemination, Strengthening Synergy and Mental Spiritual Commitment Between Work Units

The Faculty of Science and Technology (FST) held a dissemination of the 100 Days Work Program as an initial step in strengthening coordination, collaboration, and integration between work units (9/9). The event, which took place in the FST Conference Room, was attended by the Vice Deans, Heads and Secretaries of Study Programs, Heads of Administration, and Heads of Laboratories within the faculty.

The activity was officially opened by the Vice Dean for Academic Affairs, Evika Sandi Savitri, emphasizing the importance of joint commitment in realizing the faculty's short-term targets. This work program is expected to be the initial foundation for building a work culture that is more effective, productive, measurable, and based on a spirit of togetherness.

Furthermore, the Dean of the Faculty of Science and Technology, Agus Mulyono, also conveyed the policy direction and work priorities for the next 100 days. In his presentation, Dean Agus not only highlighted the importance of implementing work programs technically, but also emphasized the need for a strong mental and spiritual as a moral foundation in every work step. "Strengthening character and spiritual values will be the key in building a strong work ethic and integrity," he said. Here is the 100-day work program;

  3. Double Degree Cooperation with KMUTT Thailand
  4. Collaborative Scopus Article Writing
  5. Student Exchange and Staff Exchange to Hiroshima University
  6. Establishment of Forsiana (Forum Silaturahmi Akademsi)
  7. Establishment of a New Study Program

In this activity, the participants were given space to express their views, input, and the readiness of their respective work units in supporting the implementation of the program. Some of the strategic points discussed included strengthening cooperation, developing laboratories, integrating information systems, and strengthening communication between work units.

Through this activity, the Faculty of Science and Technology emphasized its seriousness in improving the quality of governance and academic services in a sustainable manner. The socialization of the 100 Days Work Program is not only an initial step in achieving work targets, but also a momentum to build a humanist, spiritual, and collaborative work culture within the FST.
